Myopractics is a profession in the natural healing arts. It uses a non-traumatic form of manipulation that enables the body to restore balance and maintain a state of well-being.
The goals of Myopractics are:
- Allow the body to function freely without tension, pain,or stress.
- Elevate the body’s vitality and ability to function at optimum capacity.
Myopractics goes to the source of the problem; removing the restrictions and allowing the body the ability to function freely. The purpose is no to put things”back in place”but to restore the motion.
The basic underlying principle of Myopractics is “life is motion”. When in a healthy state, every part of the body has a particular innate movement. This motion is expressed in all cells, tissue, organs and structures of the body.
Whether it is the larger movement of the rib cage; which contracts and expands every breath or the smaller movements of blood circulation through an artery in the brain, movement is basic to sustaining life.
Through Myopractics, motion is restored in whatever area may be restricted so that the individual regains freedom from pain, tension, and stress.
Myopractics has helped with: Back, neck, jaw, shoulder, and rib pain, it also helps with headaches, sinus problems, organ function, sciatic nerve problems and overall wellness.

Dani M Peterson Yoga and Foundation Training
Foundation Training is a safe and effective exercise program created to help people change movement patterns that lead to many of the chronic ailments commonly seen today. The simple and transformative poses are designed to naturally restore balance and stability so one can move more functionally and find relief from common back pain.
By focusing on decompressing the spine and retraining the body to move more efficiently and effectively, the body is able to push back against gravity and the effects of today's sit-centric society. Foundation Training is about mindful movement, teaching others to live, move and breathe better and to use the body the way nature intended.

- Helps resolve symptoms in the body by working with them at the root cause
- Optimizes alignment and range of motion in the body
- Releases stress, increases energy and allows us to live more and more from balance and internal steadiness
The Amrit Method of Yoga Body Psychology is designed to not only treat visible physical symptoms, but is aimed at addressing the invisible mental and emotional blocks that contribute to them. By using the visible symptoms as a road map to the invisible cause, we can help resolve the issue(s) at the root and symptom level.
Using gravity, supported static poses held by the facilitator, or with the use of the wall or props, we create an environment where blockages held in body zones such as legs, buttocks, hamstrings, heart and shoulders can be unlocked and released.
This unique program approaches the body from a holistic viewpoint, seeing the body as the product of both our internal environment (thoughts, feelings, emotions and beliefs) as well as our external environment (injuries, exercise, sleeping, standing, walking habits, and food.)
